Natural Ventilation Products.

Natural ventilation products can be used via 230volt or 24volt systems. These systems vary from a simple 230volt actuator and switch, up to a full BMS-controlled LON-based multi-grouped 24volt total building solution.

A Selection of 230volt Products:

ACI22-RC:
The ACI22-RC is a radio-controlled chain actuator with the well known performance characteristics of the ACI22 chain actuator but with a built-in receiver. The sleek remote transmitter can be complemented with a rain sensor override and/or a thermostat without the need for a control panel.
There is now a VCD22-RC version using a 24volt actuator with a plug-in power supply unit. This allows easy retro-fitting and also the opportunity to use a rain sensor and thermostat without a control panel. Click link for pdf document ACI22-RC
COMFORT-LINE CONTROLLER:
The Comfort-Line system provides conservatories with automatic temperature - controlled ventilation using a thermostat, rain sensor and digital control panel. Click link for pdf document Comfort-Line
  • Fully automatic thermostat control
  • Rain sensor override
  • LCD screen
  • Variety of window openings possible
  • Discreet wall mounted display
  • Additional options available

24volt Natural Ventilation Products:

GVL Control Panels:

GVL control panels are based around a similar design to the RZN smoke ventilation control panels (see Smoke Ventilation Products), with the option of 3 different designs:
  • Compact
  • Modular
  • Extendable

Compact:

The Compact system is based around a single group natural ventilation system often employed within separate rooms and conservatories. Various functions can be included, e.g. switches, timers, rain and temperature sensors, as well as a BMS interface. Capacities of 0.5-4amps can be provided for with the Compact series of control panels.

Modular:

The Modular system provides for a 3-group natural ventilation system, which can be increased up to 6 groups with additional cards. All the functions available to the Compact series of panels can be incorporated into the Modular series, with the capacity increase to a maximum of 8amps

Extendable:

The Extendable system provides for an open system design. By utilising a plug-in card design, any number of natural ventilation groups can be allowed for. Whole complex buildings e.g. large apartment blocks, shopping centres, airports, can be controlled by the one control panel. The panel housing increases in size with the increase in groups. Other additional technological features can include proportional incremental opening of vents, status indicators and complex weather stations.

Peripheral Components:

We have a range of components to provide stand-alone systems incorporating the GVL control panels. These include various types of:
Thermostats & Timers Weather Stations Automatic Radiator Controllers

Rocker Switches, Key Switches

Remote Controllers

Status Indicator Panels

Ventline Control Systems (LON® Based).

The new D+H Ventline systems control the natural ventilation of buildings via electrically operated façade or roof windows. The Vent-line systems incorporate microprocessor based control panels utilising LON® actors for position accurate triggering of D+H window drives.
