Electrical Window Actuators.
Electrical actuators are the best solution for the automatic control of window
façade as well as smoke and heat vents and ventilation openings of any kind.
The D+H actuators

KA / Ventic VCD & ACI
Chain actuators represent the most modern and elegant solution for window remote controls in the
façade section. Due to their construction, they can be mounted directly into the window profile.
When the chain is completely extended, it is rigid, so that even large external pressures will not affect the stability or force, e.g.
wind forces. When the window is closed, the chain disappears discreetly into the actuator profile,
so that no disturbing rods are visible.
Drives are fitted visibly onto the window or wing frame and
are easily accessible. By means of colouring or optional covering profiles, these can be installed
and be almost unnoticeable.
With a hidden fitting, the actuator
disappears completely inside the window frame and becomes invisible.
In an open state, only the actuator chain is visible. Special window profiles are used for the hidden
fitting, which are suitable for this kind of mounting. Please contact us regarding this. We will be

Rack and Pinion Actuators: |

ZA / DXD
Rack and pinion actuators
are actuators with a drive rod, which is fitted vertically inside a tube. These
actuators are mainly used in the roof section for dome lights and fanlights but also for blinds and blades.
The benefit of linear actuators is the enormous power transfer and the opening width especially when
pressure is applied. The new DXD Duplex Drive has now extended this enormous power to
provide 3000N per actuator. Synchronous linking of 4 DXD actuators will then provide a
massive 12KN of force

LA / SHD
Other D+H actuators are available to allow opening of different
applications. These can be louvres (LA), doors and side-hung vents (SHD), concealed roof-type vents and
openings in excess of 90 degrees. We can provide individual solutions to your opening requirements.
